Memorial Weekend

Look how deep that water is we had to cross!  And it got deeper when we wanted to go back through it a couple hours later.

Chanson and Jese.  Burr
Yeah, he fell asleep.
Just hanging out
Mommy had to take a break, but this is what he looks like strapped on to my back.
Oyr motorhome and trailor together is longer than a semi!  And of course my dad drives it doing 70-80 mph, usually trying to watch the movie playing at the same time.  yeah, it can get a little scary!

Peak-a-boo!!!

This is where Cayman has to take a bath

Last weekend we went up to the Uinta's to go camping and four wheeling with the family, and we had a ton of fun!  We of course took the motorhome for our version of "roughing it" but it was a good thing because there was still snow.  The rivers were pretty high, but fun to cross on the four wheelers.  And cayman rode on mommies back, and the faster and bumpier the ride, the more he loved it!  In fact he fell asleep for a bit of the ride, he loves four wheeling!!!  Chanson and her boyfriend thought it would be fun to ride hard and fast through the mud and get sopping wet, until of course they had to sit in sopping wet clothes for four hours!  Dummies!

Pilot in Training

We took a mini trip down to St. George last weekend and it was Cayman's first flight in the airplane!  He is learning from his daddy how to fly.  We also took our 2 dogs and had so much fun.  He did so good in the plane, and loved it as long as he was sucking his bottle to help the pressure in his ears.  He is such a stud.  He also surprisingly loves his sunglasses!

And the last picture is a random picture of when we all went up cross country skiing for the first time.  Cayman was strapped to my chest.  That was a challenge but we all had so much fun

Cayman is 6 months!!!

I'm a little slow at posting this, but Cayman is 6 months and I can't believe it!  Here are some stats from the doctors:

15.9 lbs - 25th percentile
27 in. - 75th percentile
He is a tall and skinny boy!

A list of things he loves:
moms homemade baby food (especially roasted bananas and blueberries)
books
all noisy toys
scooting military style across the floor to get his toys
going to work with mommy
watching oakley and the kitties wrestling
standing and balancing in grandpa's hands
sucking on lemons
bathtime and splashing with my toys

things he doesn't love:

naps (or sleeping of any kind.  he will miss out on something if he closes his eyes!)
being left alone
moms homemade brocolli, peas and chicken

I can't believe how fast these past 6 months have gone, and how much he has grown.  He is even starting to crawl a little bit.  Time to baby-proof the house!

Christmas

Our first Christmas with Cayman was so much fun! Of course, he liked the wrapping paper the most, but he got a ton of clothes, toys, shoes and a cute robe. We ended up sleeping over at my parents house so everyone could see his first Christmas, and it was so fun hanging out with the entire family. We got Cayman a cute little reindeer pajama outfit for the night and it had a reindeer on the butt and toes, it was so CUTE!! Oakley also had a ton of fun ripping up the tissue paper too. By the end of the day he was so exhausted that he fell asleep by the fire

My Little Dare Devil

Cayman is such a handful! We have learned that he has the most fun if he is flying through air, standing on someone's hand or hanging upside down! He laughs so hard when he is being crazy, so we took some funny pictures of him!
